  • Fixed a Crash in Ableton Live that could occur when freezing audio and a bypassed instance of MORPH 3 PRO was in the session. 
  • Significantly improved overall CPU performance by improving the performance of the vector UI. 
  • The Mixer Filters no longer use CPU if in neutral (off) setting. 
  • The filter cutoff is now displayed on hover. 
  • Fixed the reset modifier key for some controls. 
  • Fixed an issue where the click zones of the Mapping Editor Zone on/off buttons were misaligned with the graphics. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Reset History function to not trigger if the button was clicked too fast. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused the waveform vie and Mapping Editor to not scale correctly with the UI zoom function.

  • Fixed an issue where an empty .zmodel file was created if the original .zmodel was missing. 
  • You can now move the waveform view selection range by holding Option/Alt while dragging. 
  • Factory Modeler presets now live in a "Factory Presets" subfolder. 
  • The Modeler Sub-Presets menu now has options to reveal the loaded file in the Finder/Explorer, to unload the loaded file, and to launch the Preset Manager app. 
  • Removed the VST2 MonoIn variant. 
  • Various fixes and improvements for the Preset Manager app.

  • Significantly improved performance when MODELER SETTINGS panel is open. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused MODELER SETTINGS panel controls to "lag". 
  • Improved mapping editor click and snap zone behavior.

Version 3.0.1 (PRO Only), March 30th, 2024:

  • Improved handling of MIN SLICE and MAX SLICE handles in Waveform Views. The click zones of the MIN/MAX SLICE handles in the waveform views have been made smarter, and will highlight the handle that will respiond when you click in most cases now. You can now click anywhere outside the range defined by the sliders to set the closer handle there directly. When clicking within the range, the closer handle is selected.
  • Improved Cross-Platform compatibility of user presets, MODELER sub-presets and zModels.
  • The waveform view and loaded file names are now shown correctly in some cases where they previously were not.

Version 2 Change Log

Version 2.6.0, March 27th, 2024:

  • MORPH 2 now unlocks when it sees a MORPH 3 or MORPH 3 PRO license. Having this version installed facilitates full session recall after upgrading to MORPH 3 or MORPH 3 PRO. 

 

Version 2.5.0, December 15th, 2022:

  • MORPH 2 now supports Apple Silicon natively on the Mac for AU, VST 2, VST 3 and AAX Native.
  • This update resolves VST 3 compatibility issues with various hosts, most notably Ableton Live 11.x, on Mac and Windows.
  • The macOS installer now allows choosing which plugin formats to install, and sports improved Dark Mode support.
  • The About screen now displays the CPU architecture (x64/Apple Silicon).
  • The latest version of the plugin ships as 64-bit only from now on. Previous versions with 32-bit support are of course still available. 

 

Version 2.4.0 (Update for Mac only), November 2nd, 2021:

  • MORPH is now compatible with macOS 12.x Monterey.
  • This version requires macOS 10.15.x or newer, and is 64-bit only. For 32-bit and compatibility to older macOS up to and including 10.14.x Mojave, please use the functionally identical previous version 2.3.2.
