FAQ: Copy Protection
I have a non-PACE protected version of UNVEIL, UNFILTER, PITCHMAP, UNCHIRP or ZAP v1 – How can I get access to the PACE-protected version?
Users of previous, non-PACE protected versions (eSellerate) can cross-grade to the PACE version free of charge.
To do so, please us this form to request the cross-grade, and make sure you include your activation codes (ZYN-UV1-xxx, ZYN-UF1-xxx, ZYN-UC1-xxx or ZYN-PM1-xxx), as well as an iLok.com username aka "iLok ID". If you do not yet have an iLok.com account, please make one first.
We will then disable your eSellerate activation codes, and deposit PACE license assets into your account, accordingly.
Legacy Copy Protection Support
As of April 2nd, 2017, we have phased out the eSellerate copy protection system in favor of the flexibility, compatibility, user-friendliness and security advantages the PACE system offers. All new purchases, bundles and trial versions use PACE as of this date. Users of previous, non-PACE protected versions can cross-grade free of charge.
We have supported the eSellerate versions until now. However, eSellerate has recently ceased to offer activation services. As a result, pre-PACE versions of UNVEIL. UNFILTER, UNCHIRP and PITCHMAP can no longer be activated, and performing the free cross-grade is now necessary to keep using these plugins.
